In this pilates class the instructor will guide you through a mind-body exercise system that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, flexibility, and body awareness.

We will build week on week, expect a firey class at a slow pace to connect and understand the core principles of Pilates. A great class if you’re new to Pilates, or want to understand and learn the fundamentals to Pilates.
