Join Mo for a restful practice. Aimed at calming the mind by easing the body into stretches that release tension in the muscles and connective tissue. As the physical tension eases we also release mentally and emotionally. The practice is supported by pranayama that activates the vagus nerve- the rest and restore element of the nervous system .
