Join Jan Holbein in this all levels class of restorative yoga and meditation. This is a 90 minute class that combines active rest and guided meditation. During class we will explore the 5th-7th limbs of Ashtanga yoga by directing attention inwardly and allowing space to develop concentration and contemplation. These limbs of yoga are guidelines to assist with finding purpose and meaning in daily life while directing attention to your true nature, personal growth, and wellbeing. You may wish to bring a journal.
