New Year's is often a time to create resolutions. To “fix,” change, or improve ourselves, to become better and happier. However, in resolution setting, we tend to disregard the essential wisdom that the journey of yoga is not one of “fixing” ourselves, but rather one of reconnecting with our inherently exquisite selves—our wholeness. Join us as we approached New Year's resolution setting more as an intention-setting opportunity. Ashley will lead the class in a steady flow where we will link movement and breath that will help us reflect on the year behind us and prepare a new "Intention" for the New Year. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a reflective activity and leave with a simple "intention" keepsake. This class is an all levels class and is a 75 minute class. The room will be warmed to 75 degrees
