Feeling the Flow

Description

Spend some time in your body as an observer of your physical experience. Part of this class will be in a darkened room with candlelight, eyes closed. This will be a whole body flow, balanced from top to bottom and front to back providing the space for the mind to release allowing the body to work without judgment.

Be fully present as you feel the activation of your muscles without visual cues. By listening to the verbal cues and feeling the body as it shifts into the shape of each pose, you will have a new understanding of your practice.

Learn new ways to transition to poses, find new uses for yoga props while finding the perfect reset to your day.

This class is recommended for students who have some yoga experience and will be held in a warm room.
