“Tropical Tuesday” is the theme for day #2! We will have fun playing tropical games and dancing! We will learn how we can use our breath to help calm our bodies, thoughts, and feelings. We also work on “letting go and being still” in Savasana. Yogis are encouraged to wear their best tropical gear!
