Build a strong body, increase flexibility and more a more resilient mindset, in our newest class. Embodied Strength incorporates the yoga disciplines of resilience, mindfulness and connection in a focused program of strength building. Using a combination of body weight, resistance training and slow, functional movement, Embodied Strength will increase muscle strength and flexibility. This is a 60 minute class
