Beach Day: Surfs up! Come hang with us as we learn the basics of yoga focusing on Asana, the physical yoga practice, with a fun beach theme. Dress in your favorite beach day gear. We will make sea glass animals and read Who’s Hiding at the Beach.
This is a fun 3 day workshop style class for kids ages 4-10. Yoga, craft activities and story time with a creative theme. This is a two hour workshop.
