Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines meditation, breath and gentle movement to cultivate a feeling of balanced calm. This practice provides many benefits including stress reduction, improved mental clarity, and enhanced physical health, posture, and flexibility. Students will be guided to each pose with modifications and adjustments for all levels. Beginners welcome.
