In this 6 week meditation series students will learn about the benefits and value of meditation in daily life. Jan will teach the historical background of the practice along with the many ways meditation can be done; seated, lying down and walking. Each class will have a guided meditation that will help students develop their own meditation style. This is a 45 minute series class and cost is $40 for the 6 week series
