Karen will lead you in a Vinyasa level I class that will build strength and balance in your body and mind. Building heat through the vinyasa sequences, this class is the full experience of hot yoga. Using breath work to link the mind to the movement, Vinyasa I is the perfect class to grow your practice. This class is held in a heated room.
