As a follow up to our Intro to Yoga series, this class is designed for beginners or those who are interested in a better understanding of basic yoga poses. With a focus on linking movement to breath, students will learn the principles of moving meditation in the context of a vinyasa yoga experience. This is a 75 minute class in a small group, allowing plenty of individual attention.
