Designed so that you can practice in the privacy of your own home, your hotel room or holiday accommodation, you can move from Savasana (relaxation) straight to the comfort of your couch!
Make sure you have everything you need, mat, yoga block or cushion, water and a blanket for relaxation.

My classes are designed to be all inclusive. Adjustments and alternative positions are instructed as part of the sequence, which means all classes are suitable for varying ages, abilities, restrictions or body shape.
Please bring a mat and blocks if you have them, a blanket for relaxation and water.
