Designed by Moh Tapper and taught only by Physiotherapists, this modified form of Tai Chi is aimed at reducing injury or physical demand on the body compared to more traditional methods of Tai Chi. This method is quicker and easier to learn, suitable for everyone irrespective of physical abilities or mobility.
