This beautiful monthly Restorative Yoga sequence offers a series of fully supported floor-based poses, designed to release tension and reduce stress. Each pose will be held for 3 to 5 minutes, during which you will be guided to settle the "monkey mind" and enjoy stillness as your body continues to let go, leaving you truly restored for the week ahead - mind, body and soul! **bring a small towel to cover cushions/bolsters borrowed, where your face will be placed**
