This fortnightly class is for all levels, beginners most welcome. Research suggests that when practiced regularly, meditation may help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It can improve concentration, learning and memory, and may help you find more emotional balance. Meditation helps increase your ability to handle new situations or information and allows you to be more compassionate towards others.
