This 1 hour class will guide you into a deeper, more meditative yoga practice. Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how to live your practice both on and off the mat. Explore gentle meditative movement flows, yogic breathing techniques and short guided and silent meditations. Dress warm and bring a blanket on cooler days for your comfort.

Our Postnatal classes are the perfect opportunity for mammas to get back some time for herself, while keeping bub close. Catering for women who have been cleared for their 6 week check-up, these sessions offer a gentle and restorative flow focusing on your emotional and physical needs as a new (or returning!) mum. We prioritise YOUR healing process, and the changes and challenges that come with being post-partum. Suitable up until baby is super mobile. Please bring a floor covering to place baby on, and their favourite toys. You are welcome to bring the pram into the studio alongside you too.

A therapeutic adaptation of Hatha, Yin Yoga is a cold muscle practice that gently works on the connective tissue in the body. With predominantly floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes at a time, this is an excellent practice to compliment and balance more dynamic exercise regimes. Also perfect for those with limitations or in injury rehabilitation. "Feel" many of your favourite poses on a whole new level. NB: props required - during Covid-19 restrictions you must bring a towel to cover bolsters borrowed from the studio.

Our Prenatal classes offer a gentle practice for tension relief, strength and calm as you adjust with your growing baby and prepare your body and your mind for delivery and motherhood. Suitable for all levels.
