For those up for a fun and challenging class. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences, these classes are always a little different; a creative mix of yoga poses linked together by vinyasa, often described as 'intense'. As well as working on flexibility, you will build stability, strength and stamina as we introduce balance poses, inversions, and back-bends.

The first half of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series led at pace. Regular attendance of our Power Vinyasa classes is recommended before attending this class. This class is not recommended for beginners.
