For those up for a fun and challenging class. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences, these classes are always a little different; a mix of yoga poses linked together by vinyasa, often described as intense! As well as working on flexibility, you will build stability, strength and stamina as we introduce balance poses, inversions, and back-bends.

An all level class focused on building strength, stability, and awareness through the core. Suitable for beginners through to experienced students, this practice is especially supportive for those managing back discomfort or looking to improve overall support and balance.
