For those up for a fun and challenging class. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences, these classes are always a little different; a creative mix of yoga poses linked together by vinyasa, often described as 'intense'. As well as working on flexibility, you will build stability, strength and stamina as we introduce balance poses, inversions, and back-bends.

A gentle, grounding, flowing, chill out class with the odd small challenge thrown in!

These classes are great for all levels, beginners to seasoned yoga attendees. Each class will focus on different asanas (postures).

The first half of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series led at pace. Regular attendance of our Power Vinyasa classes is recommended before attending this class. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Regular attendance of our Power Vinyasa or Ashtanga led class is preferred before attending the self-practice class.

An all level yoga class specifically working on the 'core'. For anyone from beginners to advanced; and especially for those with back issues.

A great all level class to end the week. Asanas (postures) can be held for longer periods of time, often using yoga props, allowing time to work on alignment.
