For those up for a fun and challenging class. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences, these classes are always a little different; a creative mix of yoga poses linked together by vinyasa, often described as 'intense'. As well as working on flexibility, you will build stability, strength and stamina as we introduce balance poses, inversions, and back-bends.

A gentle, grounding, flowing, chill out class with the odd small challenge thrown in! A great class for any yoga student; from beginners to long term practitioners.

A relaxing class where we use blocks, bolsters and blankets to support all postures explored, allowing us to hold the postures for longer periods of time.
