Description
Starting the day with meditation and mindful movement, sets us up mentally and physically for the day ahead. Typically a sunrise class will begin with meditation and breath-work, whilst our mind is still calm from the previous nights sleep, before moving into gentle floor based movements to slowly hydrate and wake up the joints, building to a flow aiming to cultivate a sense of ease and vitality in the body-mind. You will leave the studio with a smile on your face and a skip in your step. This class is suitable for all levels.
