Description
The Kundalini Yoga practice combines breathing exercises, yoga postures, movement, meditation, mantra and other yoga techniques to awaken the body’s kundalini energy. The rhythmic quality of a Kundalini practice - often done to music, while synchronising breath and movement, helps to neutralise the mind and concentrate the life force, invigorating the body while regulating the nervous system, resulting in a calm, clear and alert state of being. All classes are beginner friendly as each student can move at their own pace and level of intensity and may rest in-between.
