Description

An hour long morning class marrying yoga asana, modern functional movement, creative transitions and breath-body awareness in a fun and meditative way. We will work out the kinks, wake up your breath and find some mindful movement to start the day. This flow class is designed to seamlessly blend several aspects of yoga, movement and meditation, creating strength, flexibility, mindfulness, openness and ease in the body-mind. This class will vary teacher to teacher and open to all levels, with plenty of modifications on offer.
