This 45 minute guided meditation, will offer space to explore and develop the tools to experience, cultivate or deepen into your own meditation practice. We will begin with pranayama and kriya (breathing and cleansing exercises), with the intention of calming the mind and cultivating a more meditative state of being, then progress into one or a couple different meditation techniques, sink into the experience and then close with time to discuss in circle, our experience any questions, the ifs, buts and how’s of cultivating a regular meditation practice. No previous meditation experience needed!
