Description

A mellow men’s only class featuring a combination of mindful movement and yoga. Each week, targeting a different tight and overworked area in the body through yoga poses, functional movement and myofascial release(massage ball rolling)to increase flexibility, mobility and release knots.

Simple relaxation and breath awareness techniques will always surround the practice to leave you feeling relaxed and spacious. Open to absolutely all levels!
