Description

A 45 minute, flowing, mat pilates class, creating mindful muscle connection while toning, lengthening and strengthening muscle. This is a full body workout with a spotlight on the core, toning the legs, arms, shoulders and seat all while increasing spinal mobility, balance and addressing muscle imbalances. You’ll use your body weight along with props such as hand weights and small Pilate balls to develop a challenging, simulating workout for the mind and body, discovering muscles you didn’t know you had. This is an upbeat class with a playlist to motivate and inspire! Each class will offer modifications to suit a variety of levels.
