Restore and rebalance your body and mind with this nurturing class. Think low to the ground, long, soft holds with a bit of slow, gentle movement. A restorative practice with lots of room to breathe and just be.

Supported by props to care and nurture the body, along with a guided meditation or meditative tunes to bring you into deeper connection with yourself. This is the ultimate end of week / before the working week reset!
