Our Student Barre class is a fun, energising 45-minute workout designed especially for students wanting to move, feel strong, and have some fun - all in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

This class blends the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with ballet-inspired movements, focusing on controlled, precise exercises to sculpt your body - without any complex choreography!

Expect upbeat music, simple props like resistance bands and light weights, and a variety of exercises that target your glutes, thighs, core, and arms, helping you build stability, balance, and better posture.

No prior Pilates experience needed and designed with students in mind.
