I’ve been a Whangamatā local for over 25 years, and I feel deeply connected to this beautiful place. My passions are rooted in nature—especially the ocean. I completed my 200-hour Teacher Training with the incredible Adele Kinghan through Rise Yoga – Embodied Flow™. Along my journey, I’ve been a student in many workshops and have been fortunate to learn from a number of inspiring teachers and yogis. I can’t wait to meet you all and share some high-frequency fun, love, and good vibes.

Description

Our Yoga Flow is a 60-minute, Vinyasa-inspired class designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility through dynamic, fluid movement.

You’ll begin with breathwork to help you feel grounded and centred, then move through a creative sequence of floor, standing, and balancing postures designed to build strength, stability, and mobility, with uplifting beats setting the vibe and energising your flow.

The perfect class to leave both body and mind feeling refreshed and revitalised. Every class has its own flavour, with every teacher bringing their unique touch to the flow.​

All-levels welcome - Modifications on offer.
