Description
Our Slow Flow is a 60-minute, all-levels class that invites you to slow down and connect with each movement while still keeping that fluid, flow vibe.
Perfect for those chill days, this down-tempo flow lets you explore each posture at an easier pace, giving you the chance to fully breathe, find your feet, and soak in every moment.
Expect a gentle flow featuring floor and standing postures, but at a more mindful pace - it's mellow, grounding, and just what you need to reset and recharge.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle, rejuvenating practice.
