Our Candlelight Yin classes are designed for deep relaxation, helping to restore, rebalance and nourish your body and mind.
A deep and grounding practise that emphasises stillness and deep stretching of the body's connective tissues including the ligaments, fascia and joints. Yin postures are held for longer periods of time to allow the body to completely relax and release, stimulating the energy channels and improving flexibility and hydration to your joints and fascia. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Yoga mats and bolsters supplied to help support your body through all poses.
