Description

This flow will be dynamic yet accessible for all yogis. The studio will be warmed to support your muscles to relax into the postures to help you stretch and find more flexibility.

We will be flowing through a range of postures to build strength and balance whilst remaining connected to our breath and alignment.

Our class will end with a guided meditation known as Savasana.
