What is Beginners Yoga Wheel Vinyasa?
The yoga wheel is a yoga prop used to help with a number of different poses. In beginners wheel yoga classes, they are used for stretching and releasing the muscles of the back, neck, and shoulders, as well as the deep hip flexors in a deeper and more intense way than conventional yoga, releasing tension and building flexibility. Following a beginners flow sequence, these classes gradually improve balance, proprioception and core strength.
