Description
Hot Yoga
Our most popular class, hot yoga takes place in a 38 degree heat for a more intense workout. Similar to traditional yoga, hot yoga offers a range of benefits to mental and physical health, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our classes will see you flow through a string of foundation or advanced postures, building strength and balance whilst also working on your breathing and alignment. All levels welcome – 70 minute classes.
Why practise yoga in the heat? Find out here.
Inversion Yoga
Flow yoga
Inversion yoga are classes in which poses are formed that place your head below your heart and hips, therefore “inverting” your body from its normal upright position. Inversions increase the blood flow to the brain, giving it more oxygen and nutrients and making the brain function faster and better. This improves concentration, memory, observation and boosts clear thinking. All levels welcome - 70 minute classes.
