For ages 4-11yrs
Our Spring & Easter themed workshops will be centred around new beginnings & fresh starts.
Our fully qualified and resident kids yoga teacher / mum of 2 Liz will be guiding our Little Yogis through mindful movement and breath work. Playing Easter themed games then finishing the workshop with some yoga style mediation / relaxation.
