One of our most popular classes, beginners warm vinyasa is practiced in heated conditions for a slightly more intense workout. Similar to our hot yoga, beginners warm offers a range of benefits to mental and physical health, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our classes will see you flow through a string of foundation postures, building gradual strength and balance whilst also working on your breathing and alignment.
