In this hatha flow class you'll find balance between effort and relaxation. In the energizing part, you'll definitely break a sweat and become aware of what your body is capable of. In the relaxing part, you are guided inwards to a deep, relaxed state. The poses are combined into a playful flow to increase the connection between body and mind.
