Prana means breath, vitality and Ayama means to increase. By practicing Pranayama ( breathing techniques ) we are increasing vitality.

In this 75 min class we will be going through some of traditional Pranayamas. We will practice simple awareness of the conscious breathing pattern, where you will clear understanding of breathing process in a practical sense. We will explore Pranayamas that have different affect on the nervous system and the body & mind.

At the end we will be finishing meditation, and all the practices before will be leading you to the meditative state.

Pranayama class will be taught in traditional way of Kaivalyadhama tradition. Previous experience is not required.
