Victoria’s yoga journey began over 28 years ago as she sought a holistic approach to relieve back pain. What started as a search for physical relief soon became a lifelong passion, as she discovered the profound mental and emotional benefits of regular practice. Over the years, she has explored a wide range of yoga styles, deepening her understanding and appreciation of this transformative practice. Victoria is a certified yoga, meditation, and pranayama breathwork teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga’s BWYQ Level 4 500-hour diploma. In addition, she is a qualified Outdoor Mental Health Practitioner, bringing a nature-based approach to well-being. Teaching remotely from the beaches of Brazil to the forests of the Outer Hebrides, Victoria believes that yoga is as flexible as you make it—accessible anytime, anywhere. Victoria tailors each session to meet your needs, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for everyone—whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Have questions? Get in touch! Level: Beginner friendly, open level

My classes are an invitation to come back to your body, reconnect with your breath, and tune into your sensations. We begin with deep breathing exercises to welcome the day and centre ourselves in the present moment. Gentle joint movements follow to warm up the body, preparing for an asana practice tailored to each session. We conclude with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and a guided rotation of consciousness, allowing you to fully integrate the practice and find a sense of inner stillness.
