I began my yoga journey in 2010, exploring the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. In 2016, I took my first formal training, and by 2017, I started teaching—initially through private lessons before expanding to gyms and yoga studios. When the world shifted during COVID, I co-created an online yoga platform with two colleagues, offering virtual classes for six months. After relocating to Europe, I continued working with a few online students before taking a break from teaching to focus on my personal practice. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga practice where practitioners flow through different sequences of postures while syncing movement with breath. Audrey's classes feature pranayama (breathwork) to ground and centre energy, progressive movement to stimulate the whole body, and meditation and relaxation to calm the mind. Her classes are open level and suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Modifications are always offered to students allowing them to adapt their practice depending on how they may feel on a given day.
