I began my yoga journey in 2010, exploring the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. In 2016, I took my first formal training, and by 2017, I started teaching—initially through private lessons before expanding to gyms and yoga studios. When the world shifted during COVID, I co-created an online yoga platform with two colleagues, offering virtual classes for six months. After relocating to Europe, I continued working with a few online students before taking a break from teaching to focus on my personal practice. Rooted in the traditional teachings of Hatha and Tantra Yoga, Dani's Hatha class is for those who wish to experience Yoga beyond Asana (postures) and truly advance their Yogic studies.

Tantra Yoga is a science that weaves Posture, Meditation Techniques, Breathing Techniques, Mantra Chanting, Devotional Rituals and more to experience nature and the Universe through the microcosm of the human body and mind.

This class is welcome to all genders and levels, however, if you are a complete beginner don't hesitate to get in touch with Dani in advance for a brief assessment.
