Vinyasa Level 2

The ReWild Studio
Maggie Sciarra
I began my yoga journey in 2010, exploring the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. In 2016, I took my first formal training, and by 2017, I started teaching—initially through private lessons before expanding to gyms and yoga studios.
When the world shifted during COVID, I co-created an online yoga platform with two colleagues, offering virtual classes for six months. After relocating to Europe, I continued working with a few online students before taking a break from teaching to focus on my personal practice. Last year, I returned to sharing yoga through Instagram live sessions and have also uploaded classes to YouTube.

Description
Pace: Dynamic
Level: Experienced practitioners with at least one year of consistent practice
Dani teaches Vinyasa Yoga rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, designed to balance both the active and passive qualities of body and mind.
This Level 2 class is a more physically demanding practice, ideal for those looking to deepen their asana practice, explore new transitions, and build greater strength, mobility, and control. Expect a dynamic flow combined with moments of stillness, offering space to refine alignment, develop breath awareness, and cultivate mental focus through Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and Dharana (concentration/meditation techniques).
We recommend at least one year of consistent Yoga practice for this class, if you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, feel free to reach out to Dani in advance.
For any questions about attendance, injuries, or other concerns, please email Dani at hellotherewild@gmail.com.
