Victoria’s yoga journey began over 28 years ago as she sought a holistic approach to relieve back pain. What started as a search for physical relief soon became a lifelong passion, as she discovered the profound mental and emotional benefits of regular practice. Over the years, she has explored a wide range of yoga styles, deepening her understanding and appreciation of this transformative practice. Victoria is a certified yoga, meditation, and pranayama breathwork teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga’s BWYQ Level 4 500-hour diploma. In addition, she is a qualified Outdoor Mental Health Practitioner, bringing a nature-based approach to well-being. Teaching remotely from the beaches of Brazil to the forests of the Outer Hebrides, Victoria believes that yoga is as flexible as you make it—accessible anytime, anywhere. Victoria tailors each session to meet your needs, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for everyone—whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Have questions? Get in touch! Level: Experienced practitioners with at least one year of consistent practice

Our Level 2 class is a more physically demanding practice, ideal for those looking to deepen their asana practice, explore new transitions, and build greater strength, mobility, and control. Expect a dynamic flow combined with moments of stillness, offering space to refine alignment, develop breath awareness, and cultivate mental focus.

We recommend at least one year of consistent Yoga practice for this class, if you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, feel free to reach out in advance.
