Fiona Saluk
Fiona is a certified E-RYT 250 yoga teacher who has been teaching for 7 years and practicing for 15. She specializes in teaching creative flows with each class different to the last. Expect to find yourself fully present in her classes as you explore new transitions or creative ways to approach powerful asanas. A certified sound healing practitioner, music is central to her teaching whether through a carefully curated playlist, or through the use of singing bowls at the end of a class. With a special interest in how we can practice yoga ‘off the mat’ you’ll often hear her sharing wisdom from the ancient yogic texts, and yoga philosophy during class. Many students come for the physical practice, but stay for the journey inwards as she encourages deep self-reflection. Her classes are full of dynamic flows that help students reach that meditative or ‘flow state’ through movement and breath. She encourages students to use their yoga practice to learn more about themselves and journey within. While Fiona guides you through the asanas, you’ll find her approach lighthearted and encouraging, her calm demeanor keeping you motivated throughout. Description

Pace: Gentle
Level: Beginner friendly, open level

A slow, grounding practice designed to bring you back home to your body. In this class, we soften into longer-held floor postures that gently target the fascia, release tension, and calm the nervous system. Yin is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and meet yourself exactly as you are.

Expect a cosy, candle-lit atmosphere, supportive props, mindful breathing, and plenty of space to unwind. This class is perfect for anyone seeking deeper flexibility, stress relief, emotional balance, or a quiet pause amidst a busy week.
