Isabelle Geraghty
Isabelle Geraghty is a yoga teacher who specialises in yoga for self love and empowerment.
A world traveller, she has led retreats and assisted on trainings around the world, and taught in many different countries and continents.
She has over 600 hours formal training in both Ireland and India, with special focuses on pranayama, yoga nidra and mantra.
She is passionate about using yoga as a tool for self acceptance, and about making these ancient teachings accessible to everybody, so her classes often infuse themes inspired by yogic philosophy that you can use practically in day to day life. She also likes to weave breathwork, mantra and meditation into her classes.
Her aim is for her classes to be an inclusive space for all shapes and sizes and types of people to discover the same magic that this practice has brought her.

Vinyasa 1 is a beginner-friendly, slow-to-moderate flow class focused on building strong foundations. You’ll be guided through simple, mindful sequences that link breath with movement, with clear cues and time to explore each pose. Expect an emphasis on alignment, stability, and smooth transitions, with options offered throughout. This class is ideal if you’re new to vinyasa, returning after a break, or looking for a steady, grounding practice that still leaves you feeling energised and present.
