About The Satya Studio

Hello! My name is Christina.
I am a yoga teacher with 12 years of experience, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. My intention is to help each person connect with their body, understand it, and move with awareness and respect.

In my classes, I focus on proper alignment and the safe execution of each posture, offering a practice that adapts to the individual needs of every student.

I often work with people who deal with chronic conditions, injuries, or spinal and neck pain, providing a safe and supportive environment.

Through The Satya Studio, I aim to build a small, conscious community where each person works on themselves, not only to grow in their yoga practice, but to become better in their lives as well.
