This is a livestream class.

Ever have one of those days where you didn't want to do anything but collapse? You wanted some support but where? That could be the wall! The wall can make Yin yoga even more accessible as it provides a great support. Settle into some wall yin for total support and full relaxation.

How to prepare for this class?
1. Get ready a device (PC, Mac, iOS or Android) with stable internet connection (wired or WIFI) for live streaming.
2. Download Zoom on your device, complete registration and test the audio/video setting before the class. If you like to be adjusted, turn on your camera during class and ensure your whole person can be captured in the screen. Join the class by clicking on the livestream link provided.
3. Prepare an undisturbed space and comfortable spot for your practice.

Privacy
- Your microphone/camera will be muted/off when you 1st join the class.
- You are not required to switch on your camera.
- Your name and profile picture will be visible to all participants online.
- No recording is permitted.
