The Senses Teacher
Description
This class shifts the focus from an external teacher to the teacher within. It empowers you to trust and listen to your body.
The class will start with pranayama (breathing) and simple yoga practice for warm up. You will then be guided to connect to your senses and your awareness of your body, listening to the wisdom of it and be moved through the session. Depending on what your body needs, it could be a slow static practice, a dynamic strong Vinyasa, a still meditative session or a combination.
Suitable for all levels. Useful for learning to let go, feel more at ease with yourself and flow with creativity.
