This class empowers you to build your confidence, appreciate yourself and connect with simple pleasure of life. You will have the full autonomy to move in ways that feel useful for your body in the present moment and decide your own expression of the gentle Hatha Yoga forms. You will be invited to tune inwards to your senses, and notice sensations that arise from within.

Suitable for all levels. Useful for building confidence and cultivating self-love and self-acceptance.
